Timur’s integrity, work ethic and earnest commitment to providing the highest levels of professional service distinguish him as one of the most successful and sought-after Realtors in the DC Metropolitan region. He has won numerous “Top-Producer” awards in his 12-year career. Individually, he closes 2017 with more than $75 million in sales. His expertise in both the DC and Northern Virginia condo markets makes him the go-to Realtor for buyers and sellers alike. Loynab has helmed the sales and marketing efforts for the area’s premier condo buildings, whether in Shaw, Capitol Hill, Logan Circle or Mt. Vernon Triangle, to name just a few District neighborhoods. Over the years, Loynab has built a robust and loyal client base who value his responsiveness, tenacity and his affordable style.
Prior to embarking on a real estate career, Loynab worked as a writer and reporter for the Bulletin News Network covering the White House, Congress and the Department of Homeland Security. While he enjoyed print journalism and navigating the sometimes murky waters of Washington’s power structure, the romance of being a poor and hungry writer eventually faded. His freelance writing led him to cover DC’s vibrant real estate market in the early 2000s. His entrepreneurial instincts kicked in and he began investigating opportunities in DC’s burgeoning condo market. This resulted in a 12-year strong – and growing – affiliation with McWilliams Ballard, a leading project development sales, marketing and consulting firm based in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
Loynab has deep roots in the DC area. He grew up in Alexandria, VA and completed his under graduate and graduate studies at American University. He is a proud Washingtonian who loves living in a global capital and believes that DC has evolved into a dynamic cultural crossroads. Loynab now calls Logan Circle home.
He enjoys traveling, eating and running. Actually, the only reason he runs is so that he can eat! Loynab is proud to support local charities, including Mary’s Center, Bread for the City and Breast Care for Washington.

As a native of a small rural town in the Czech Republic, David Blaha yearned for the hustle and bustle of an urban lifestyle. When he moved to London to study English, Blaha also learned the skills of a classically trained chef to put himself through school. Upon graduation, Blaha’s life-long dream of coming to the U.S. was finally made possible through his hard work and perseverance.
As David’s family and friends say, “there is nothing that David can’t do.” He has been applying this can-do attitude throughout his decade-long career in the real estate industry. Whether it’s planning the perfect open house for a new listing or coordinating the staging for a model unit, he ensures that every aspect of a client’s sale or purchase is executed with thoughtfulness and precision.
For the past 17 years, Blaha has resided in Logan Circle and considers himself a true Washingtonian. Blaha’s experience working in the high-end condo industry in various neighborhoods throughout DC and his commitment to his job, continuously results in strong relationships with his team and clients, many repeat purchasers.
During Blaha’s free time, he enjoys traveling and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
